Hi! I’m Andresa.
Andresa is a Philly Born Boricua Queer Artist based in Brooklyn NY.
Andresa graduated from King’s College with a BA in Theatre, and attended the National Theatre Institute at the Eugene O’Neill Theatre Center and became apart of the Miranda Family Fellowship.
“Acting opened my eyes to how deeply connected we all are—how much we share in our journeys of hope, struggle, and compassion.” I want to tell the stories that reflect the complexity of our experiences, stories that not only uplift but challenge and expand the narrative.
Currently, I’m working on several projects that reflect my artistic vision: a show exploring Latinidad across generations, a queer reimagining of Shakespeare, and a one-person play based on the writings of Federico García Lorca. Through these projects, I aim to challenge traditional narratives, expand representation, and create art that fosters empathy and sparks change. ” ~ Andresa
